Minute To Win It
Bringing a Little Joy to Chronically Ill Children. [Wireless Tech Company] Corporate Social Responsibility

Challenge
A large tech company wanted to break up the monotony of a 3 day sales conference by partaking in an outdoor one-of-a-kind team-building experience. With 400 employees participating, a lawn just big enough to fit them and tables, and just under 90 minutes to execute; we strived to produce an event that was both space efficient and extremely impactful.
Solution
We partnered with the Jessie Rees Foundation to provide this group with a CSR they would never forget. 50 teams total, divided into 5 sections, all competing in fast paced minute to win it challenges to earn points and JOY JARS! Joy jars are containers of love that each team got to fill with toys, games, and activities for children fighting cancer. With a final group game to conclude the event, the team with the highest score was crowned the champions! 520 Joy Jars were completed and shipped to courageous kids around the country, reminding them to NEGU….Never Ever Give Up!
